Few days back i posted my ad in olx for selling my smartphone( not intentionally as i only want to see can i deal it or not).
And now i got a message from a person that he wants to buy that.
And the scenario doesn’t close here.
Now he said me to mail.
I mailed him & in reply he said that he is CANADIAN & need to buy it for his son who is studying in abroad & said you have to courier it & he will pay courier charges also.
Okay, I thought maybe he is talking about India. And i happy that i made a deal.
Again I replied him where does he live & said that i will courier it.
Now he replied that he needs help in calculating the money i want & asked me to send bank details.
And after 20min I received again mail of his son address.
And the address was…………………………………..
It was NIGERIA 
I have Samsung S7 edge Indian Unit & it says that Indian sim card only & if i send it to Nigera & he gets it then What he will say.
DABBA HAI DABBA
And how i will courier to Nigera also.
Anyone faced this situation?

I didn’t unterstood what u said bro.
If u do such a cross border transaction it will be seen as export. When u receive forex u need to adhere to Fema & custom rules & provide explanation for inward remittance. In short ‘forget it.’
& somehow u fail to get forex, then rbi will take a nice thick oiled bamboo & then …. u know wt i mean.
Better avoid

Similar thing I had experienced 2 years back
I posted ad to sell my notebook PC on olx India and I got reply from a person working in Nigeria and he was originally from Peru. He told me, he needed laptop for his son. He was ready to pay in Rupees in advance for all courier charges, estimate custom charges and price for laptop. At first I also agreed for the deal. But later denied him saying I want to sell it only in India, although I was getting good price from him, which was not possible in India. Finally I suggested him to buy it from Amazon.com at similar cost.

Say him clearly that the phone supports only Indian sim card.
I think that’s some kind of scam. I also received this kind of message once. But i didn’t reply.
It’s a widely known scam in US (at least for those who are aware of it) and now I guess they are trying to ‘expand’ to India

He thinks he can scam him once he ‘gets’ the money
Buyer is from Canada, and his son is in Nigeria for Study Didn’t knew that Nigeria’s Education System is better than even Canada
I faced the same problem with my laptop and the person who have not paid the amount is threatening me of international fbi… he told the will file a case against me…
What will i do now… Please help me…and hive me valuable suggestions regarding the issue…
