1.First Drop mail to [email protected]..om, With subject line"My account is suspended"
2.You will get reply from uber within minutes (Max 10 min), Regarding your account status, They will clearly explain why your account has been blocked
3.As a security measure they will ask ur Photo copy of ur ID proof in order to update and activate your account
Please avoid these things, this wil lead to block ur account (Got mail from CC)
For the meantime please avoid logging in using other phones or letting anyone use your device and account.
1. If someone logs in using your mobile device the system will detect it and flag your account.
2. If a relative that has Uber account but no paytm account then uses your paytm account and not paying the amount that she/he used.
3. If you logged in to another device which has another Uber account registered on it.
4. If you buy a 2nd hand mobile phone and use it to register to Uber. Usually 2nd hand mobile phone are already registered to Uber and this can be detected by Ubers security system.
All these are detected by the security system automatically. If detected it disables all the promotions, credits and free rides and in some cases all related accounts automatically permanently.
