Processing fee on no cost EMI via ICICI Debit card on Amazon

Hi Dimers, I recently purchased Samsung Galaxy M20 on amazon with ICICI debit card no cost EMI offer and as per terms and condition I was not supposed to be charged any processing fee but the EMI statement received from ICICI states 199 rs as processing fee. Can anyone let me know why I have been charged this 199 rs processing fee?

Contact amazon cc.. They will give you amazon balance of the same amount

I have the screenshot and emailed the same to amazon cc and they said that they have forwared it to concerned team and will get back to me by 30th May 2019
