query- how to reverse financial charges in HSBC credit card

I paid HSBC credit card bill ₹1400 in 1 day after due date. So in this month got statement with financial charges for upto this month interests on it ₹350….
When I called them, and asked for reversal they told the is no thing like reversal in HSBC. I told previous year I have did 1 reversal and it was my first time late payment so they referred, and for this year this first late payment, and asked for reversal
(Also they are not accepting governments extra 3 days of grace days from due date; while SBI has only 2 days; they say we are only bank which gives credit period of 52 days)
But they denied for reversal ! How to make them reversal ? – can I threaten to cancel the card ?

usually grace period will be there but they give 45 days
but HSBC is giving 52 days and so i think there is no grace period.
i think u only have the option of calling CC again and ask for reversal
if they dont listen then threaten to cancel the card
but still u need to pay that amount if they say ur welcome to cancel
