I have been hearing still 60% of ATM’s are not working & still banks are giving only 10k per day in rural towns 
Hello guys,I need to withdraw cash from my account to pay some local dealer (approx 2 lakhs), and the dealer is also not accepting bank transfer or cheque. What are the ways by which i can withdraw that much cash quiker? Currently 24k per week is not sufficient.

Slight correction: The new limits are supposed to be effective immediately, i.e. tonight itself. @BATMAN07 Why did you mention tomorrow?
Update at 7:52pm: Despite the notification, banks might take until tomorrow to implement the new ATM limits.
