Recharge 551 data STV (90 days validity) BSNL Karnataka online?

How to recharge online BSNL 551 data only pack for 90 days (Karnataka circle) ? Earlier few sites like freecharge, airtel used to have it in their plans but no more. Its only available via ICICI net banking but there are no discounts/offers.
Amazon, Niki, Paytm never display this plan for Karnataka circle. I wonder it works if I simply recharge with 551 using STV option. Anyone tried such a thing ? (recharging unlisted STV on amazon, paytm, niki etc by entering amt and selecting stv not topup ?)

Use payzapp. 551 not showing but enter manually under special. But check and confirm benefits with CC before recharge.

Are you sure if I enter manually under special, it’ll work ? AFAIK only ICICI netbanking shows 551 as a special recharge and it worked last time but zero discount
