Refund issue with Freshmenu

I have been using their services after seeing recommendations from some of the dimers here. They have been consistently good with their deliveries but every now and then they drop the ball. And once they do, all that happens is a perfunctory sorry but difficult refunds. You have to be on their case all the time to get one. This has happened me to thrice already.

First time dint get a refund at all but gave it up as it was partly my mistake. But their response was atrocious at best. Mails and calls were not answered.
Second time, the app timed out during order and they charged me twice. They said refunded you to wallet. A day gone without refund and took some goading for them to provide one.
Third time, recently. 3 days gone still saying – refunded within a week to “bank”, then within an hour to wallet, and now wait till end of day for wallet.
