I have done a transaction at ebay.in and pay through paytm wallet but amount has been not received by ebay but paytm wallet has been debited with the amount.. now where to complain to get my refund.. please tell… this is my first order on ebay.
talk to online support on ebay in morning when they open. tell your paytm payment no etc whatever you have. they will cross check with payment gateway and process order/refund within 2-3 days.
When I contacted paytm they asked me contact ebay regarding this & they can not do nothing now

1st talk to customer care. if its related to some one time offer/coupon they will give you again once matter is sorted out or better you may get a flat discount code. but first let issue gets solved.

Maximum 7 days for eBay to refund back to paytm a/c

i am facing same prob…4 times transaction failures….tried many times none of them get succeeded..plz help me
Same here. Was trying to buy a mobile phone from yesterday. Transaction failed 4 times, getting a response that billdesk is not responding. Tried 3 different net banking and payumoney too, still no use. Rs. 40000 got stuck.
Can you guys confirm which network you are using?
I think the problem is with Jio 
Billdesk website is not opening on Jio network but working when using a VPN. Need to try paying using a VPN but no money in account now

Hey.. I have placed order at 2 am today and used net banking .. order is confirmed. .. as well as when I asked about failed order… they said .. it will back in my paytm account in matter of 72 hrs for sure so waiting …

I changed payment mode and my order is confirmed. .. only one transaction is failed

Complaint to both parties, ebay as well as paytm. You will get your refund in 2 to 3 days.

If you don’t know then don’t worry, the transaction was not failed becoz of that reason as u don’t use it.

If you don’t know then don’t worry, the transaction was not failed becoz of that reason as u don’t use it.

even 2 days back, i tried to order using ola money,my 3k got deducted ,,no traces of transaction.contacted for both parties,waiting eagerly. not sure since my limit is about to over in ola,they ll credit the refund this month or next month.

eBay payment gateway has issues many a times.
They should be doing some serious improvements in that.
But for me, Payzapp payments works without an issue normally.
→ In Payzapp, I am easily able to add money to wallet in case of insufficient funds or directly pay from a linked card.
→ This way, my card details are also not shared direclty with risky eBay!
Further, Has anyone else noted that some sites just won’t work on Jio network. At times some shopping sites like Tata Cliq and Babyoye etc. What can be the reason behind this? Any resolution ??
