I want to replace my Cable TV connection with DTH
Please suggest a good DTH operator.
Good = Sasta that gives offers better than others like on installation or otherwise

Current Cable rent = Rs.300

buy any one of these – airtel , tata , videocon . all r gud .. get one which has some deal offline / online .
actually all are same coz government has fixed the channels list as well as their prices .
if u want some Free to air(FTA) dth info , then i can also tell u .
edited- there is nothing to pm in this , iam talking about FTA dth in which u get around 180 channels free of cost …

Alternate way :
if you have large area or roof area means, you can place 6 feet c band dish antennae and point it to http://www.lyngsat.com/Intelsat-1...ml or satellite which have your favourite free to air channels..
Not affected by rain or clouds, 60 % + even in cloudy/rain days..

@hackerboys , I found that initial charges for TataSky are the least of the three (Tata Sky, Videocon & Airtel). For recurring, al carta Videocon is cheaper (although not much). Correct me where I’m wrong.
Please share the info about FTA too. I don’t have much knowledge about it.

I think airtel or dish works out much cheaper compared to TS or d2h. You get most HD channels with s base pack + a
Local language add-on for 350-400rs/month with airtel which is pretty good IMO

In FTA dth you get free channels , it is better known as DD direct DTH .
