पहले आप सब ये जान ले भारत मे 3600 कत्लखाने ऐसे हैं जिनके पास गाय काटने का लाइसेन्स है ! इसके इलावा 36000 कत्लखाने गैर कानूनी चल रहे हैं ! प्रति वर्ष ढाई करोड़ गायों का कत्ल किया जाता है ! 1 से सवा करोड़ भैंसो का , और 2 से 3 करोड़ सुअरो का ,बकरे -बकरियाँ ,मुर्गे मुर्गियाँ आदि छोटे जानवरों की संख्या भी करोड़ो मे हैं गिनी नहीं जा सकती ! तो भारत एक ऐसा देश बन गया है जहां कत्ल ही कत्ल होता है !
तो ये सब जब उनको सहन नहीं हुआ तो सन 1998 मे राजीव भाई और राजीव भाई जैसे कुछ समविचारी लोगो ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट मे मुक़द्दमा किया ! एक संस्था है भारत मे अखिल भारतीय गौ सेवक संघ जिससे राजीव भाई जुड़े हुए थे और इस संस्था का मुख्य कार्यालय जो की राजीव भाई के शहर वर्धा मे ही है !! और एक दूसरी संस्था है उसका नाम है अहिंसा आर्मी ट्रस्ट !तो इन दोनों ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट मे मुक़द्दमा दाखिल किया और बाद मे पता चला की गुजरात सरकार भी मुक़द्दमे मे शामिल हो गई !
तो सुप्रीम कोर्ट मे मुक़द्दमा किया गया कि गाय और गौ वंश की ह्त्या नहीं होनी चाहिए ! तो सामने
बैठे कसाई लोगो ने कहा क्यूँ नहीं होनी चाहिए ?? जरूर होनी चाहिए ! तो राजीव भाई की तरफ से सुप्रीम कोर्ट मे अपील किया गया कि ये एक -दो जज का मामला नहीं है आप इसमे बड़ी बैंच बनाई जाए !
3-4 साल तो सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने स्वीकार नहीं किया बाद मे मान लिया की चलो इसके लिए constitutional bench बनाई जाएगी ! भारत के थोड़े दिन पहले चीफ जस्टिस रहे श्री RC लाहोटी ने अपनी अध्यक्षता मे 7 जजो की एक constitutional bench बनाई जिसमे 2004 से सितंबर 2005 तक मुकदमे की सुनवाई चली !!
कसाइयो की तरफ से लड़ने वाले भारत के सभी बड़े -बड़े वकील जो 50 -50 लाख तक फीस लेते हैं
सोली सोराब्जी की बीस लाख की फीस है !, कपिल सिब्बल 22 लाख की फीस है ! महेश जेठ मालानी राम जेठ मालानी का लड़का जो फीस लेते है ३२ लाख से ३४ लाख सारे सभी बड़े वकील कसाइयों के पक्ष में !! राजीव भाई के तरफ से लड़ने वाला कोई बड़ा वकील नहीं क्यूंकि फीस देने का इतना पैसा नहीं !तो राजीव भाई ने आदालत को कहा की हमारे पास तो कोई वकील नहीं है तो क्या करेगे ?? तो आदालत ने कहा की हम अगर आपको वाकिल दे ??? तो राजीव भाई ने कहा बड़ी मेहरबानी होगी या फिर आप हमें ही बहस का मौका दे दो तो बड़ी मेहरबानी होगी !! तो उन्होंने कहा की हां आप ही बहस कर लो और हम आपको एम् इ एस्क्युरी देगे यानि कोर्ट के द्वारा दिया गाया वकील और फिर हमने ये केस लड़ना शुरू किया !
तो मुक़द्दमे मे कसाईयो द्वारा गाय काटने के लिए वही सारे कुतर्क रखे गए जो कभी शरद पवार द्वारा बोले गए या इस देश के ज्यादा पढ़ें लिखे लोगो द्वारा बोले जाते है या देश के पहले प्रधान मंत्री नेहरू द्वारा कहे गए !
कसाईयो का पहला कुतर्क !!
1) गाय जब बूढ़ी हो जाती है तो बचाने मे कोई लाभ नहीं उसे कत्ल करके बेचना ही बढ़िया है ! और हम भारत की अर्थ व्यवस्था को मजबूत बना रहे हैं क्यूंकि गाय का मांस export कर रहे हैं !!
दूसरा कुतर्क !
2) भारत मे गाय के चारे की कमी है ! भूखी मरे इससे अच्छा ये है हम उसका कत्ल करके बेचें !
तीसरा कुतर्क
3) भारत मे लोगो को रहने के लिए जमीन नहीं है गाय को कहाँ रखें ?
चौथा कुतर्क
4 ) इससे विदेशी मुद्रा मिलती है !
और सबसे खतरनाक कुतर्क जो कसाइयों की तरफ से दिया गया कि गया की ह्त्या करना हमारे धर्म इस्लाम मे लिखा हुआ है की हम गायों की ह्त्या करें !! (this is our religious right ) !
कसाई लोग कौन है आप जानते है ??मुसलमानो मे एक कुरेशी समाज है जो सबसे ज्यादा जानवरों की ह्त्या करता है ! उनकी तरफ से ये कुतर्क आयें !
राजीव भाई की तरफ से बिना क्रोध प्रकट किए बहुत ही धैर्य से इन सब कुतर्को का तर्कपूर्वक जवाब दिया !
उनका पहला कुतर्क गाय का मांस बेचते हैं तो आमदनी होती है देशो को ! तो राजीव भाई ने सारे आंकड़े सुप्रीम कोर्ट मे रखे कि एक गाय को जब काट देते हैं तो उसके शरीर मे से कितना मांस निकलता है ??? कितना खून निकलता है ?? कितनी हड्डियाँ निकलती हैं ??
एक सव्स्थय गाय का वजन 3 से साढ़े तीन कवींटल होता है उसे जब काटे तो उसमे से मात्र 70 किलो मांस निकलता है एक किलो गाय का मांस जब भारत से export होता है तो उसकी कीमत है लगभग 50 रुपए ! तो 70 किलो का 50 से गुना को ! 70 × 50 = 3500 रुपए !
खून जो निकलता है वो लगभग 25 लीटर होता है ! जिससे कुल कमाई 1500 से 2000 रुपए होती है
फिर हड्डियाँ निकलती है वो भी 30-35 किलो हैं ! जो 1000 -1200 के लगभग बिक जाती है !!
तो कुल मिलकर एक गाय का जब कत्ल करे और मांस ,हड्डियाँ खून समेत बेचें तो सरकार को या कत्ल करने वाले कसाई को 7000 रुपए से ज्यादा नहीं मिलता !!
फिर राजीव भाई द्वारा कोर्ट के सामने उल्टी बात रखी गई यही गाय को कत्ल न करे तो क्या मिलता है ??? हमने कत्ल किया तो 7000 मिलेगा और अगर इसको जिंदा रखे तो कितना मिलेगा ??
तो उसका calculation ये है !!
एक सव्स्थ्य गाय एक दिन मे 10 किलो गोबर देती है और ढाई से 3 लीटर मूत्र देती है ! गाय के एक किलो गोबर से 33 किलो fertilizer (खाद ) बनती है !जिसे organic खाद कहते हैं तो कोर्ट के जज ने कहा how it is possible ??
राजीव भाई द्वारा कहा गया आप हमे समय दीजिये और स्थान दीजिये हम आपको यही सिद्ध करके बताते हैं ! तो कोर्ट ने आज्ञा दी तो राजीव भाई ने उनको पूरा करके दिखाया !! और कोर्ट से कहा की आई. आर. सी. के वैज्ञानिक को बुला लो और टेस्ट करा लो !!! तो गाय का गोबर कोर्ट ने भेजा टेस्ट करने के लिए ! तो वैज्ञानिको ने कहा की इसमें 18 micronutrients (पोषक तत्व )है !जो सभी खेत की मिट्टी को चाहिए जैसे मैगनीज है ! फोस्फोरस है ! पोटाशियम है, कैल्शियम,आयरन,कोबाल्ट, सिलिकोन ,आदि आदि | रासायनिक खाद मे मुश्किल से तीन होते हैं ! तो गाय का खाद रासायनिक खाद से 10 गुना ज्यादा ताकतवर है !तो कोर्ट ने माना !!
राजीव भाई ने कहा अगर आपके र्पोटोकोल के खिलाफ न जाता हो तो आप चलिये हमारे साथ और देखे कहाँ – कहाँ हम 1 किलो गोबर से 33 किलो खाद बना रहे हैं राजीव भाई ने कहा मेरे अपने गाँव मे मैं बनाता हूँ ! मेरे माता पिता दोनों किसान है पिछले 15 साल से हम गाय के गोबर से ही खेती करते हैं !
तो 1 किलो गोबर है तो 33 किलो खाद बनता है ! और 1 किलो खाद का जो अंराष्ट्रीय बाजार मे भाव है वो 6 रुपए है !तो रोज 10 किलो गोबर से 330 किलो खाद बनेगी ! जिसे 6 रुपए किलो के हिसाब से बेचें तो 1800 से 2000 रुपए रोज का गाय के गोबर से मिलता है !
और गाय के गोबर देने मे कोई sunday नहीं होता weekly off नहीं होता ! हर दिन मिलता है ! तो साल मे कितना ??? 1800 का 365 मे गुना कर लो !
1800 × 365 = 657000 रुपए !साल का !
और गाय की समानय उम्र 20 साल है और वो जीवन के अंतिम दिन तक गोबर देती है !
तो 1800 गुना 365 गुना 20 कर लो आप !! 1 करोड़ से ऊपर तो मिल जाएगा केवल गोबर से !
और हजारो लाखों वर्ष पहले हमारे शास्त्रो मे लिखा है की गाय के गोबर मे लक्ष्मी जी का वास है !!
और मेकोले के मानस पुत्र जो आधुनिक शिक्षा से पढ़ कर निकले हैं जिनहे अपना धर्म ,संस्कृति – सभ्यता सब पाखंड ही लगता है !हमेशा इस बात का मज़ाक उड़ाते है ! कि हाहाहाःहाहा गाय के गोबर मे लक्ष्मी !
तो ये उन सबके मुंह पर तमाचा है ! क्यूंकि ये बात आज सिद्ध होती है की गाय के गोबर से खेती कर ,अनाज उत्पादन कर धन कमाया जा सकता है और पूरे भारत का पेट भरा जा सकता है !
अब बात करते हैं मूत्र की रोज का 2 – सवा दो लीटर !! और इससे ओषधियाँ बनती है
diabetes ,की ओषधि बनती है !
arthritis,की ओषधि बनती है
bronkitis, bronchial asthma, tuberculosis, osteomyelitis ऐसे करके 48 रोगो की ओषधियाँ बनती है !! और गाय के एक लीटर मूत्र का बाजार मे दवा के रूप मे कीमत 500 रुपए है ! वो भी भारत के बाजार मे ! अंतर्राष्ट्रीय बाजार मे तो इससे भी ज्यादा है !! आपको मालूम है ?? अमेरिका मे गौ मूत्र patent हैं ! और अमरीकी सरकार हर साल भारत से गाय का मूत्र import करती है और उससे कैंसर की medicine बनाते हैं !! diabetes की दवा बनाते हैं ! और अमेरिका मे गौ मूत्र पर एक दो नहीं तीन patent है ! अमेरिकन market के हिसाब से calculate करे तो 1200 से 1300 रुपए लीटर बैठता है एक लीटर मूत्र ! तो गाय के मूत्र से लगभग रोज की 3000 की आमदनी !!!
और एक साल का 3000 × 365 =1095000
और 20 साल का 300 × 365 × 20 = 21900000 !
इतना तो गाय के गोबर और मूत्र से हो गया !! एक साल का !
और इसी गाय के गोबर से एक गैस निकलती है जिसे मैथेन कहते हैं और मैथेन वही गैस है जिससे आप अपने रसोई घर का सिलंडर चला सकते हैं और जरूरत पड़ने पर गाड़ी भी चला सकते हैं 4 पहियो वाली गाड़ी भी !!
जैसे LPG गैस से गाड़ी चलती है वैसे मैथेन गैस से भी गाड़ी चलती है !तो न्यायधीश को विश्वास नहीं हुआ ! तो राजीव भाई ने कहा आप अगर आज्ञा दो तो आपकी कार मे मेथेन गैस का सिलंडर लगवा देते हैं !! आप चला के देख लो ! उन्होने आज्ञा दी और राजीव भाई ने लगवा दिया ! और जज साहब ने 3 महीने गाड़ी चलाई ! और उन्होने कहा its excellent ! क्यूंकि खर्चा आता है मात्र 50 से 60 पैसे किलोमीटर और डीजल से आता है 4 रुपए किलो मीटर ! मेथेन गैस से गाड़ी चले तो धुआँ बिलकुल नहीं निकलता ! डीजल गैस से चले तो धुआँ ही धुआँ !! मेथेन से चलने वाली गाड़ी मे शोर बिलकुल नहीं होता ! और डीजल से चले तो इतना शोर होता है कान फट जाएँ !! तो ये सब जज साहब की समझ मे आया !!
तो फिर हमने कहा रोज का 10 किलो गोबर एकठ्ठा करे तो एक साल मे कितनी मेथेन गैस मिलती है ?? और 20 साल मे कितनी मिलेगी और भारत मे 17 करोड़ गाय है सबका गोबर एक साथ इकठ्ठा करे और उसका ही इस्तेमाल करे तो 1 लाख 32 हजार करोड़ की बचत इस देश को होती है ! बिना डीजल ,बिना पट्रोल के हम पूरा ट्रांसपोटेशन इससे चला सकते हैं ! अरब देशो से भीख मांगने की जरूरत नहीं और पट्रोल डीजल के लिए अमेरिका से डालर खरीदने की जरूरत नहीं !!अपना रुपया भी मजबूत !
तो इतने सारे calculation जब राजीव भाई ने बंब्बाड कर दी सुप्रीम कोर्ट पर तो जज ने मान लिया गाय की ह्त्या करने से ज्यादा उसको बचाना आर्थिक रूप से लाभकारी है !
जब कोर्ट की opinion आई तो ये मुस्लिम कसाई लोग भड़क गए उनको लगा कि अब केस उनके हाथ से गया क्यूंकि उन्होने कहा था कि गाय का कत्ल करो तो 7000 हजार कि इन्कम ! और इधर राजीव भाई ने सिद्ध कर दिया कत्ल ना करो तो लाखो करोड़ो की इन्कम !!और फिर उन्होने ने अपना trump card खेला !! उन्होने कहा की गाय का कत्ल करना हमारा धार्मिक अधिकार है (this is our religious right )
तो राजीव भाई ने कोर्ट मे कहा अगर ये इनका धार्मिक अधिकार है तो इतिहास मे पता करो कि किस – किस मुस्लिम राजा ने अपने इस धार्मिक अधिकार का प्रयोग किया ?? तो कोर्ट ने कहा ठीक है एक कमीशन बैठाओ हिस्टोरीयन को बुलाओ और जीतने मुस्लिम राजा भारत मे हुए सबकी history निकालो दस्तावेज़ निकालो !और किस किस राजा ने अपने इस धार्मिक अधिकार का पालण किया ?
तो पुराने दस्तावेज़ जब निकाले गए तो उससे पता चला कि भारत मे जितने भी मुस्लिम राजा हुए एक ने भी गाय का कत्ल नहीं किया ! इसके उल्टा कुछ राजाओ ने गायों के कत्ल के खिलाफ कानून बनाए ! उनमे से एक का नाम था बाबर ! बाबर ने अपनी पुस्तक बाबर नामा मे लिखवाया है कि मेरे मरने के बाद भी गाय के कत्ल का कानून जारी रहना चाहिए ! तो उसके पुत्र हुमायु ने भी उसका पालण किया और उसके बाद जितने मुगल राजा हुए सबने इस कानून का पालन किया including ओरंगजेब !!
फिर दक्षिण भारत मे एक राजा था हेदर आली !टीपू सुल्तान का बाप !! उनसे एक कानून बनवाया था कि अगर कोई गाय की ह्त्या करेगा तो हैदर उसकी गर्दन काट देगा और हैदर अली ने ऐसे सेकड़ो कासयियो की गर्दन काटी थी जिन्होने गाय को काटा था फिर हैदर अली का बेटा आया टीपू सुलतान तो उसने इस कानून को थोड़ा हल्का कर दिया तो उसने कानून बना दिया की हाथ काट देना ! तो टीपू सुलतान के समय में कोई भी अगर गाय काटता था तो उसका हाथ काट दिया जाता था |
तो ये जब दस्तावेज़ जब कोर्ट के सामने आए तो राजीव भाई ने जज साहब से कहा कि आप जरा बताइये अगर इस्लाम मे गाय को कत्ल करना धार्मिक अधिकार होता तो बाबर तो कट्टर ईस्लामी था 5 वक्त की नमाज पढ़ता था हमायु भी था ओरंगजेब तो सबसे ज्यादा कट्टर था ! तो इनहोने क्यूँ नहीं गाय का कत्ल करवाया और क्यूँ ? गाय का कत्ल रोकने के लिए कानून बनवाए ??? क्यूँ हेदर अली ने कहा कि वो गाय का कत्ल करने वाले के हाथ काट देगा ??
तो राजीव भाई ने कोर्ट से कहा कि आप हमे आज्ञा दें तो हम ये कुरान शरीफ ,हदीस,आदि जितनी भी पुस्तके है हम ये कोर्ट मे पेश करते हैं और कहाँ लिखा है गाय का कत्ल करो ये जानना चाहतें है ! और आपको पता चलेगा कि इस्लाम की कोई भी धार्मिक पुस्तक मे नहीं लिखा है की गाय का कत्ल करो !
हदीस मे तो लिखा हुआ है कि गाय की रक्षा करो क्यूंकि वो तुम्हारी रक्षा करती है ! पेगंबर मुहमद साहब का statement है की गाय अबोल जानवर है इसलिए उस पर दया करो ! और एक जगह लिखा है गाय का कत्ल करोगे तो दोझक मे भी जमीन नहीं मिलेगी !मतलब जहनुम मे भी जमीन नहीं मिलेगी !!
तो राजीव भाई ने कोर्ट से कहा अगर कुरान ये कहती है मुहम्मद साहब ये कहते हैं हदीस ये कहती है तो फिर ये गाय का कत्ल कर धार्मिक अधिकार कब से हुआ ?? पूछो इन कसाईयो से ?? तो कसाई बोखला गए ! और राजीव भाई ने कहा अगर मक्का मदीना मे भी कोई किताब हो तो ले आओ उठा के !!
अंत कोर्ट ने उनको 1 महीने का पर्मिशन दिया की जाओ और दस्तावेज़ ढूंढ के लाओ जिसमे लिखा हो गाय का कत्ल करना इस्लाम का मूल अधिकार है ! हम मान लेंगे !! और एक महीने तक भी कोई दस्तावेज़ नहीं मिला !! कोर्ट ने कहा अब हम ज्यादा समय नहीं दे सकते ! और अंत 26 अक्तूबर 2005 judgement आ गया !! और आप चाहें तो judgement की copy

ये 66 पनने का judgement है सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने एक इतिहास बाना दिया और उन्होंने कहा की गाय को काटना सांविधानिक पाप है धार्मिक पाप है ! और सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने कहा गौ रक्षा करना,सर्वंधन करना देश के प्रत्येक नागरिक का सांविधानिक कर्त्तव्य है ! सरकार का तो है ही नागरिकों का भी सांविधानिक कर्तव्य है ! अब तक जो संविधानिक कर्तव्य थे जैसे , संविधान का पालन करना ,राष्ट्रीय ध्वज ,का सम्मान करना ,क्रांतिकारियों का समान करना ,देश की एकता , अखंडता को बनाए रखना ! आदि आदि अब इसमे गौ की रक्षा करना भी जुड़ गया है !!
सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने कहा की भारत की 34 राज्यों कीसरकार की जिमेदारी है की वो गाय का कतल आपने आपने राज्य में बंद कराये और किसी राज्य में गाय का कतल होता है तो उस राज्य के मुख्यमंत्री की जिमेदारी है राज्यपाल की जावबदारी,चीफ सेकेट्री की जिमेदारी है, वो अपना काम पूरा नहीं कर रहे है तो ये राज्यों के लिए सविधानिक जवाबदारी है और नागरिको के लिए सविधानिक कर्त्तव्य है !!
अब कानून दो सतर पर बनाये जाते हैं एक जो केद्र सरकार बना सकती है और एक 35 राज्यों की राज्य सरकार बना सकती है अपने आपने राज्यों में !! अगर केंद्र सरकार ही बना दे !! तो किसी राज्य सरकार को बनाने की जरूरत नहीं ! केंद्र सरकार का कानून पूरे देश मे लागू होगा ! तो आप सब केंद्र सरकार पर दबाव बनाये !! जब तक केंद्र सरकार नहीं बनाती तब तक आप अपने अपने राज्य की सरकारों पर दबाव बनाये ! दबाव कैसे बनाना है ???
आपको हजारो ,लाखो की संख्या मे प्रधानमंत्री ,राष्ट्रपति या राज्य के मुख्यमंत्री को पत्र लिखना है और इतना ही कहना है की 26 अक्तूबर 2005 को जो सुप्रीम कोर्ट का judgment आया है उसे लागू करो !!
आप अपने -आस पड़ोस ,गली गाँव ,मुहल्ला ,शहर मे लोगो से बात करनी शुरू करे उनको गाय का महत्व समझाये !! देश के लिए गाय का आर्थिक योगदान बताएं ! और प्रधानमंत्री ,राष्ट्रपति या राज्य के मुख्यमंत्री को पत्र लिखने का निवेदन करें ! इतना दबाव डालें की 2014 के चुनाव मे लोगो उसी सरकार को वोट दें जो इस सुप्रीम कोर्ट के गौ ह्त्या के खिलाफ judgement को पूरे देश मे लागू करें !

If you really get 33kg fertilizer from one kg of cowdung, without any additional cost, and overall get around Rs 2000 worth of fertilizers alone from one cow per day, not to mention the milk – each of the friendly neighbourhood doodhwalas would be a millionaire by now. Tell them these figures, and you will then see that they do not even have money to get a decent dental job done.

genetically in herbivores/plant eating animals, incisors are the most prominent teeth, whereas in carnivores/meat eating animals, canines are bigger than incisors..in human beings incisors are more prominent than canines, therefore it can be said that humans were meant to be vegetarians rather than non-vegetarians..
