I SPOKE TO POCKETS TEAM AND THEY HAVE BLOCKED HIM FOR DOING FRAUD ACTIVATES and if he sends me my money back only then will i ask them to unblock his account having his 1000 rs in his pockets wallet…let him suffer now as well

There is no solution of it now. You dont know the person and you gave him 5K in one shot. Well now since you already got cheated so dont forget to pursue this case legally. I am just wondering that where were you when the people had been reporting such cases day in day out. And how will you justify to the police when they are going to ask you that dont you know the worth of 5K that you sent to some stranger without knowing anything about him?
