First they said their site will be up on 9:30 AM then said @ 10 AM then 10.30 AM and now still it isn’t working

Never trust SBI for IPO application on the last day. This is the 3rd time in last 2-3 months this is happening on the final day of IPO.
Finally it is working now, though OTP is not being generated on the app.
