btw i could not get how one can get access the phone without downloading app only filling a form
Seems to be a another cooked up story.
She asked how much money need to be filled then she said she clicked on ₹5.
Also she never mention putting in the upi pin so even somebody with access to her gpay somehow don’t think can transfer even a dime without knowing the pin.

Just Another Half Cooked Story . Ignore Such Things. And Be Updated With Latest Fraud Techniques So That You Know It Before Hand When It Comes To You.
Was the link to (google)forms fishy or something else?
Looks like phone got compromised, or else for anything else, OTP is necessary.
Exactly.The fraudster probably got her to install some remote manager app like anydesk/teamviewer & then when she “clicked on submit Rs.5” the enter upi pin prompt came up & when she entered the pin the fraudster captured it via remote app & then use the same upi pin to transfer money via upi app installed on her phone again by using remote app.
…i think its not a cooked story coz yes there are some instance where upi frauds happen without otp…n whats d big deal about otp.?….
…lost 1600 rs in mobikwik….no otp…..transaction done some years back…but yes i linked upi on phonepe or google pay to an account which never has more than 5k….minimum balance is necessary….

No one send more than 1 laks per day through upi. how she send 1 lakhs and rs 5 in same day.
may be she approximated the amount(instead of saying 99995 in 3 transactions) or may be the form popped up a fake enter upi pin prompt.
