Security Breach in Hotstar Account

Today while watching the live cricket match, I got the message ‘Sorry, more than one premium videos is being requested from this account.’. It was shocking because I haven’t shared my password with anybody and I was watching hotstar on a single device only. I was shocked further when I checked hotstar app on my phone and saw an unknown phone number in my account. It is now that I noticed that there’s no option visible on the site to change phone number or password, nor is there any customer care number. Though I have sent them an email, but I’m worried. What about the card I used to subscribe. Is that safe or should I be worried about that also ? Has anyone else faced similar problem with hotstar.
