Bro those products which are not prime are not amazon fulfilled too..
These are seller fulfilled and you have to pay the shipping charges…

I guess with prime subscription all amazon fulfilled items will have free delivery. If it is seller fulfilled item with fixed shipping charges filler doesn’t help.
