IDBI Bank net banking also good
axis is good, if you dont get the sms, u have the option for IVR (they will call and tell u the code).
sbi is good, but you cant proceed unless you get the sms. No IVR.
kotak is good. I always get the sms and code in mail. But once they charged me twice for a single transaction of mobile recharge, so seems to be some bug ..
i like kotak. Axis bank has two passwords, log in password and transaction password..

City police formed a special team to investigate the case
Sounds very Safe and secure !
Citi has the best online functionality, (i dont care about the look and feel, what i care about is it should work and serve the purpose it is intended for, without much hassled)
I have tried Netbanking of several banks as per my experience here is the ranking. (Note there may be other good banks but i cannot judge them without using them.
1. CITI Bank
2. Standard Chartered
3. SBI
4. Canara
ICICI
HDFC
CITI
SBI/ AXIS
…
CITI is simply the best..
SBI AND ICICI are the runners up…
HDFC can compete..
Hope remaining banks cant come closer to their service…

Using IDBI netbanking after HDFC was frustrating. It takes longer to do anything than with HDFC. One of the reasons for this the 2 password thingy. But this can be good too…. and probably safer. But not at all convenient or fast.
Also, if you make purchases/payments with IDBI its really frustrating. You have to log in and generate OTP and all. Too many more steps than HDFC. Instead of OTP, HDFC uses a set of questions, out of which you have to answer two for each payment. Way more faster and convenient. But probably less safe… debatable.
In short, if you want speed and convenience, IDBI will disappoint. But you have other benefits with IDBI like free NEFT, etc.
For service, ATM locations, maintainence, etc., also IDBI is no match at all. IDBI doesn’t even bother to maintain payment slips and pins at their few ATMs. Usually no guard either. HDFC ATMs are much better in that respect.
1. ICICI : Definitely the best
2. CITI : Lag just behind because of interface
3. HDFC

HDFC’s interface is better than Citi. Payment method is simple as well.

I dont had anything as such …I make more than 100 transaction a quarter …..no charges yet…..and ya m having savings ac
Using SBI & ICICI … Both are good but I feel SBI is the better as it send code through SMS in mobile which people always keep besides themself …. ICICI on the other hand require numbers corresponding to the digits written on the back ATM card & for that i have go out of my bed(ist problem) & search for the wallet(2nd problem) as i usually do n’t remember where i had kept …. troublesome for me …

This should be a problem for first time but would be comfortable when data is saved in autofill, so it comes out in auto everytime

Saving card detais, absolutely not after my PC got hacked once … BTW why to take chance when having second option available …. I am maintaining max 2000rs in SBI account & using it for small money transaction (trusted & untrusted) purposes & keeping rest money in ICICI bank. So it helps me not to expose my money to the online virtual world …
I will say Bank of India.Star Token is very safe with good authentication.
SBI interface is OK.
sbi
icici, standard chartered….. axis bank sometimes have problems
The problem with most PSU banks is – once the password is locked, you have to visit the branch to get it unlocked.
In case of HDFC, a locked password remains the same for a day. One can try again the next day.
ICICI’s process is easy & can be done by yourself with ATM card.
Forgot the process of Citibank. I think it’s the same as that of ICICI.
go for AXIS bank safe and secure
