Hi guys,
I am going gym from 3 years, first year i just wasted time in the gym. Later i learned lot about proper diet, exercise , supplement. I am taking pre workout from 2 years, used these brands BSN NO XPLODE, C4 cellucore, neurocore, MB torque, TNC etc.
I really loved xplode and c4, but price of these international brand is now Rs.3500-4500. I use to buy that time ₹2000-2300 . Then I tried Indian brands but not so good.
So if anybody know about pre workout , kindly suggest me under Rs. 2000-2500 If possible creatine free, because I have heard that creatine leads to hair fall. And i am already getting bald. (i am 28)

Add 1 tsp Coffee

I dnt suggest you supplements other than egg white ,or whey.

yes sir jee , u r right. I have good muscular body, but can not run for 3-5 km on road. But I can walk.
off topic: Can u suggest something for increasing strength and stamina ? Without AC in the gym I am unable to workout more than 30min. I was exhausted badly at vaishno devi trip. my female friends were walking faster than me, I walked like an old man with heavy breathing. I am thinking to leave this gym thing. Want to join some sports. But I have never played any sports in my life.

There is no need to leave gym .3 days you can go 4 walkng 3days gym..be aware about your body..ur needs ur likes ,if u want to go 4 sport go 4 one u like otherwise u wont b able to continue 4 long..i m not infavour of unnecessary supplements

my doctor uncle said- 3 safed cheezo se door rahna – Maida, Chini, Namak
And if u r a working man, take heavy breakfast, medium lunch and in dinner take salads , fruits , soup, daal only. Never take heavy food in dinner. My friend who is working in govt office (desk job) lost 7kg w/o any workout by following above diet.
Also use stairs instead of lift.

I was thinking of buying some weights to do some regular workout at home. Shud i? Was at gym 2 years ago so not any passionate for gym. Just want to keep them for daily exercise.

Thanks for the advice. I am sure to keep it in mind. What should I take in breakfast? Is roti and subji fine for lunch? Awaiting your reply.

Leave Gym and start running daily for 1 hour in jogging parks. And you will see the real strength in your body.
