Please suggest a tablet with good display, which can be used for long hours in a day on a regular basis, that is, it should be soft on eyes even after long use. Those Who are using a tab also give your valuable suggestions.

Go for an IPad if your budget permits.
If you intend to use it for taking notes/doodling etc, then go for a Samsung tab with wacom / s-pen support
Writing is also supported by iPad with apple pen, isn’t it. So which one in that case?

Vitamin and mineral tablet are generally non toxic and OK to consume for limited period, for eyes you have something called “fiteye” but it’s non-vegetarian so, it better to consult doctor in this regard though.
