Posting this because US killed half a dozen Indian fishermen because they were in the way.
US has declared it is their way or the highway and that they own the water you are sailing on.
The picture shows the US vessels cutting of the other with them having to make a sharp right to not plunge into the imperial superimist vehicle.. Empire gunboat diplomacy..
As we saw in Japan, they are not even scared of a tanker and the 15000 ton US destroyer ramped into a 200,000 ton sumo container tanker… Dems the pits when a skinny arrogant punk carrying a big stick goes against a 500 pound gorilla even if its 500 pounds of fat..
When two power-driven vessels are crossing so as to involve risk of collision, the vessel which has the other on her own starboard side shall keep out of the way and shall, if the circumstances admit, avoid crossing ahead of the other vessel.
Rule 15 requires the vessel that has the other on its starboard side to stay out of the way, and to pass behind. The vessel on the right becomes the stand-on vessel and must follow Rule 17 (Action by Stand-on Vessel). The vessel on the left becomes the give-way vessel and must follow Rule 16 (Action by Give-way Vessel).

Fallujah was the “city of mosques,” made up of some 300,000 to 435,000 people. It had a tradition of resisting foreign – including British – invasions.
people of Fallujah wanted to be liberated from their “liberators.” So, the people tried nonviolent demonstrations. And the US military fired on the protesters.
Viceroy Paul Bremer decided to “clean out Fallujah.” In came the “coalition” troops, with their usual inability (mocked quite effectively in the Netflix Brad Pitt movie War Machine) to distinguish the people they were bestowing liberty and justice upon from the people they were killing.
The occupiers tried to impose a curfew and a ban on carrying weapons, saying they needed such measures in order to distinguish the people to kill from the people to give democracy to. But when people had to leave their homes for food or medicine, they were gunned down. Families were gunned down, one by one, as each person emerged to try to recover the injured or lifeless body of a loved one. The “family game” it was called. The only soccer stadium in town was turned into a massive cemetery.
