Same email came for me under the name “Ravdeep”. I transferred 180 but email showing 100. But bank details were correct. Money not yet credited into account

Edited your quoted post to make it flow better and to remove unnecessary new lines.
As for your issue with the failed transaction, contact Freecharge support and tell them that the money was deducted. They will initiate a refund. After 4-5 days, if you still don’t see the refund (check via Axis prepaid portal) then you will have to contact Axis CC.
