Thanks for using Udio Wallet by RBL Bank wef 3rd Feb 2017, a fee of Rs.100/- will be levid on wallets inactive for 6 months.
wallets are acting like banks now. So whats use of Wallet?
So sad
How will they deduct ? How to deactivate it?
You can’t delete it, you are now in their trap. It’s their recovery time now.
UDIO Will Loot Customers now.
But they hve only our mobile number and email address. How can they deduct?
Sad 😔
What we have to do now?? Actually they have only our number nd email and they can’t deductany amount but they can blockedour accounts. However deactivation charge is rs50 not blocked charge!!
I think this will be implemented by other wallets too
Time to start 1* rating at playstore & trend on social media
Now some gyani will come and give lectures to not give 1* star rating
Is this something to worry or just ignore it?
Udio Wishes all the Users Happy New Year in Grande Style
For whom, who are telling they would send legal notice…
Inactivity is defined as No customer initiated debit or credit transaction in the Udio Wallet. Customer is liable to pay inactivity fees, in the event of no customer initiated debit or credit for a period of 6 consecutive months (180 days) or as communicated from time to time. TranServ reserves the right to recover the inactivity fee from the Udio Wallet Balances without having to obtain any additional authorisation of the customer. In case of insufficient balances to recover the inactivity fee, TranServ reserves the right to recover all the amount available in the Udio Wallet. TranServ further reserves the right to terminate the Udio Wallet account on its sole discretion
So they will just terminate the inactive accounts. ?
I too received this message on a no. … which i never used to make udio wallet

What happens if we don’t maintain any balance (if we don’t wanna use it)
Let them deactivate, who cares ?
if you bought 1re card than they send you a letter
I think .. they are just telling about changing in the charge of inactive fees… which will be w.e.f from 3rd feb for any inactive wallet from 6 months
I have never used udio wallet or never made an account but still i received these msg on the number
How can it be possible ?
@cody @ishubhamsr
Udio is linked with CrownIt that’s why you got the sms and if one don’t have Physical Udio card then there is nothing to care about.
How to deactivate ???
I made an account last year 360 days back…lol.. never conducted any transaction, wonder what will they do…
Dont want udio crap
What is the necessity to make so much fuzz about such things? If you want to save and use your account just make a 10rs transaction else leave it for them to classify it as dormant and close the account. I had a HDFC account and for some reason I forgot to maintain the AMB and realized that they would charge a fee if I try depositing any money. I let it go dormant for couple of years went to the branch told the CSR that I want to close that account. He asked me to give a letter and it was closed without even being asked to pay anything. Of course I still hold an account in another branch and nothing has happened till now.
Bhai waise bhi UDIO bahuto ka paisa loot liya. Kabhi bhi mat use karna. Just give 1* in Play Store and give there comment also.
I dont mind them deactivating or deleting my account, but will they deduct money from the card with which we added money to udio? thats my concern, otherwise i dont care whether they delete or deactivate…
Good question bro. Any dimer can clarify this?
I haved talked to udio twice … They said rs 10 is necessary to avoid rs100 these r RBL bnk instructions applying to wallets who hvnt used for 6mnths
