Unable to pay gas bill in niki in hindi language

I want to pay my gas bill in niki but i am unable to do that in hindi language as it says niki is learning to talk for the requested service in hindi which is gas bill and asks to change language to English.
In English it works but have to pay extra convenience charge as want to pay using amazon pay leave the discount using coupon which is applicable on hindi language only.
I don’t think they’re need any special training to talk about gas bill payment.

I don’t understand if we have to pay extra convenience charge to pay via wallet like amazon, payzapp, Airtel money etc why would anyone will pay through thier platform if he can pay directly via amazon or airtel etc directly without any extra charge.
The convenience charge was fine when coupon codes were working as still it was profitable but since they have launched hindi all the codes are hindi exclusive now it’s not good anymore if the service is not in hindi or we have to pay more.
I am paying extra con fees in English..
I don’t there there’s any way out
This time I think even after changing my language to Hindi I had to pay about 3rs for my utility bill payment..
