Unable to sign up on amazon prime using same credit used in another account

So, i made a new amazon account to make use of prime benefits. When i try to use the same credit card that i have used in my other 2 prime accounts, its not allowing me to make the payment. I am able to add the card but when i click on make payment, nothing happens on the next page-it directs me to home page

IS there a restriction to the no of usages on credit card recurring payments for prime or is amazon blocking that particular card?
