unblock paypal account

i have a paypal account in which i got ₹200 cb but they have blocked payments from that account saying “we have detected unusual activity on this account”.
now they are asking for bank account statement and govt id proof, i can give paytm account statement but the govt id proof is not in same name as the account.
anyone here with any similar experience that can help?

but dont they already have pan card and card info? wont they detect based on pan card?

It happened with my all accounts just because of it I’m not using it anymore.. My 3k cashback already stucked

If you have not govt proof then forget the PayPal account and make a new one.
