Go to MyVodafone app. From the menu select 9gb free smart offers. Click on the link then open the link in a mobile browser. Provide your number and get sms otp. Enter the otp and get sms of activation. Offer requires to have a voda plan which has minimum 1gb 4g data during 3 months offer period.
You get 9gb to be used in 3 billing cycle.
So far I got it activated on my phone, will wait until it shows up in my Vodafone app.

It shows you don’t have eligible 4g handset as I am using Redmi note 3

I got it activated on my 4g handset which I bought in August 2016. HTC 6264g lte.
