Vodafone has gone shit.. Activating packs and deducting balance

Vodafone had gone mad.. They have started deducting balance by activating random packs.. First they started 1 year caller tune deducting 150 and now some sports pack for 15 days @ 75.. When I complain they just said that I have sent sms and there is no sms or any request made by me.. Any idea where I can complain and get my money back… I have already complained on Twitter but same thing said by them

never keep any balance or just Rs.10 balance and only activate validity/unlimited packs.
I also have got the message that sms pack is activated for 15 days 75 rupees
But I have not done anything
I was even not using this sim
These companies do these practices to earn money most of them are busy in their daily life
They didn't even see these messages
Just call customer care . You will get refund in 30 minutes
