Myself wants to learn Telugu. I studied from Hindi medium till class 10th and had eng as per  job required . I am watching telugu movies with subtitles and following Deepa Gupta YouTube channel still my progress is 3%
Can anyone suggest from where can I make it to above 50% ? Any youtube channel or website suggestions ?
I was thinking to subscribe some paid courses and they are asking 6k still no guarantee.

Reason- work location is Hyderabad and whole team speaks in Telugu more often.https://cdn0.desidime.com/attachments/photos/613796/original/IMG_20200418_164421.jpg?1587537914@ teluguDimers. Thanks in advance

wow, this proves the dialogue " దేశ భాషలందు తెలుగు లెస్స " . I appreciate your willingness to learn telugu . Actually all our local languages are not that easy to learn in a flash like Hindi and English. Just interact with your colleagues while they are talking and ask the meaning of some words in that chat and try to remember those.this gonna gradually improves your telugu skills.
simply listen→know that meaning of that word in your known language→ save it in your mind.

That’s the beauty of Hyderabad. That doesn’t mean you don’t need to learn telugu. As your whole community chit chats only in hindi ,you not got the opportunity to learn till.but op’s situation is different and moreover he wished to learn and he doesn’t stops his willingness only to learn telugu,i am sure he gonna learns more languages too.so,stop discouraging him and kindly withdraw your words " dnt waste ur time".
