Saw this asked somewhere.. So thought about asking this here…(Not sure if this has been asked here before)
Even though everyone here looks at hunting down the best deals, was wondering what is something you purchased that although it was a little expensive… You still went ahead (out of your comfort zone) and purchased it still and you would definitely buy it again…

Bro… No offense but You have set the bar too high. We are still thinking local where as you went to global mode.
bought cm devastator keyboard and mouse for 1.1k something and rs 3k for intel based tablet from flipkart had great experience with them regarding packaging and shipping of product specially the keyboard i was surprised with the quality of packaging
After buying local powerbanks, I finally bought Intex 11000 mah powerbank from flipkart.
Was totally worth the extra price …
(Its 1 year and still its working quite good)
My man. I am thinking of grabbing AJ1. any experience?
Go on man…
I shall consult you when I plan my next vacation
I’m still using a mi 10400 MAH power bank which i bought 2 and half years back when they launched it for the first time in India. The little sucker simply refuses to die.Backup is excellent for a 2 and years old power bank and it charges fully in 4 hours with my Moto turbo charger.
Ones I can recollect from recent months is hiring a Zoomcar for my vacations than to rely on local taxis.
Apart from the love I have for driving, I like the comfort of having a self driving car when I go on vacations as I can travel at leisure without being bugged.
Most times I try to go on a road trip right from Hyderabad in my car else I reach the nearest destination in which Zoomcar is available and then go driving from there.
Most times I end up shelling out a bit more but it’s totally worth it!
@DealSeeker had a similar experience at SixFlags in SFO and I totally agree with the time saving part, especially if you are keen on taking multiple entries to rides.
@gambitrite Guess no-one can beat me in this:
Resigned from clerical positions in a Public Sector Bank and a Central Govt. Dept. at different points of time. Would now be earning 25K-30K per month otherwise. Means I spend that much every month to have the luxury of being idle. Now tell me who the richest brat here is.
I wish I had the courage to do it and follow my dreams. But to fulfill dreams requires money..
Anyhow where do you work now? Or Have a business of your own?
@Magus A richer brat here…!! Resigned from Infosys and then left SBI PO for the sake of being idle. Jobless for an year and a half now and it cost much but full paisa vasool
Wow! Looks like we can make a separate thread to discuss this.
If paying bribe to any person for easy and good experiences count, I must be a king of all. Must have paid lakhs till now to get easy way.

For me it was my Puma shoes..
Paid a bit more from local unbranded shoes and got it from Amazon..
And again if i need to buy then will definitely go for Puma..
Are you clear about what you said to yourself? 😂😂
Bought Fastline tickets for Madame Tussads and London Eye back in London for almost 30% more price and it allowed me to do things that would otherwise would take two days in one day..
Saw a similar thread on reddit yesterday
Bought Puma Osuv3 Shoes from Puma Store @4,999 2 years back and still they are rocking..
Quality indeed matters..
Whoa , what place is this ?
I must have accidentally stumbled upon a parallel universe.
bought a suit and tie. went to every marriage party in town whether invited or not.
Priority/Flash pass at a Six Flags adventure park. Well worth it because of the time I saved by not standing in queues. https://www.sixflags.com/greatadventure/store/f...
