whats the latest update on max number of days that can be queued on airtel?

total validity is 730 days now
Also new update from airtel after speaking with cust care person just now is that the combined validity of all the existing and upcoming plans has been increased to 730 days that is 2 years

Also he has given clarity why my existing plan expired and the new plan activated immediately

Previously the max number of days was 180 and during that time I have recharged with 1699 plan so until the plan completion i should not recharge with any plan because already the plan was for 365 days and the old validity was 180 days which is less than 365 , so it will be elapsed and the latest recharge will be activated immediately

Also Don’t count the number of days remaining in your plan for the validity
Suppose i am already having 399 plan with 28 days left and I have recharged with 598 plan which is having a validity of 84 days

The total validity will be 84 + 56 = 140 not 28 +84 =112 as airtel counts the total number of days of the recharged plan not the days remaining

Also only Truly Unlimited packs with both data and calls will be queued not the ones with only unlimited calling benefits
