In my area(red zone), all shops(clothes, books, shoes, utensils, mobile, etc) are open and rush is like festival season.

Where are you living, I mean in which state becasue i stay in new delhi too and here where i live there is all ravan raj going on, we have a construction of building at adjacent plot, in delhi construction is allowed only when labour or with labour which is available and living at construction site, but this builders have few more constructions of plots happening in our area and he is mobilizing and shutlling labour between various plots, we called police also but police is not doing anything, not just this markets are all open claiming to be standalone shops in residential area and people are let loose in parks streets and roads.

Why you wanna complain?
Officially..everything (above mentioned ones) is allowed from 7am to 7pm (minor exceptions*) in many redzone locations!

It’s Diwali2.0 (officially) and survival time of the shop/business owners who have no other options left than to open shops for bread and butter. Who cares about a miniscule virus?? 
It’s do or die situation for them now, no salaries for them. 
Now, as online deliveries are working for essential items in the red zone too.. just order from the fingertips.. inside your home and leave everything on God and thank Him as well! Atleast, y’all can be saved from this horror..

If you are in UP. You Can Tweet Photo To Your District Police Twitter Handle. If it was inappropriate then U.P Police Will Take Action. I think U.P police is best, their Twitter handle’s response is best (I think), they answer almost every person.
People were complaining when there was lockdown , people are complaining when things getting opened , GOD knows what they want .
People & GOD want lockdown with proper plan. Absolutely no reason to open liquor shops all over the country & transmit corono to women & children at home.
Even modi ji gave up , things are out of control now .
He should have been more forthcoming about the lock down. He should have said that this virus is here to stay and the lock down is only to buy some time to shore up on resources/training. He might have given an impression that after lock down this problem will be over. Probably they didn’t want to be vocal about it as they might have felt the people would stop caring and break all initial lock down rules. At least now they should start telling that and give us the estimates about how much infections/deaths they are expecting. If not they will be only getting more blame for breaking the economy (anyway they had done that to some extent even before this) and also when there are more infections/deaths

Trump gave expected figure of 2L deaths and looks like he will achieve that , but was that a meaning full information ? – NO
Please note that this is new kind pandemic and no one is expert in predicting anything.
