my debit card isn’t working ,i have old Mastero card which is registered to my old number so i can’t get OTP but i can use the card on Flipkart by using Atm pin number alone, is there any wallet that allows to load cash via ATM pin
Use oxygen wallet vcc
there you can set your own 4 digit pin
In oxigen wallet app u can load money with pin
Simply leave that blanks and click proceed .. it’s worked for me pastly.
What’s that..?? There are two option to transact via debit card:
Card details + OTP, Card details + ATM PIN…
in both cases you need to enter card details and then OTP/PIN as per method..
However, not every platform allows CARD + PIN method..
Why not visit the bank and get your mobile number updated instead of all this?? You won’t be charged for this, and will allow you to add money in whichever wallet you want.
P.S. I hope you don’t want to do illegal transactions by knowing someone else’s ATM+PIN combination!

It depends on banks gateway generally icici and hdfc shows this option,default is 6 digit pin otr otp.

Currently Debit Cards with ATM pin can be used in Flipkart.com, Foodpanda.in, Headphonezone.in, IRCTC.co.in (rail tickets – verified, don’t know about others like flights, lounges, etc.)
Checked all popular wallets but none allows you to load money by using PIN (even flipkart giftcards cannot be purchased this way)
But Yet to try out citrus wallet.
Look for PayUBiz Payment gateways.. they allow you to authenticate through ATM pin
When you pay in PayUBiz, at the time of entering OTP, check below for a link called “Use ATM pin instead”, click on it, enter PIN and viola!
I also lost my previous mobile no. and my branch would not update my mobile number because its the shittiest of all! Thank god for ATM verification!!
So how you trancation with atm pin ?
It depends on which site you’re purchasing from. If they have enabled PIN authentication in their payment gateway, then you can authenticate with ATM pin.

as i understand its not based on wallet but you card/bank. For e.g. I can use my HDFC debit card with atm pin on paytm. Can’t do the same with SBI or ICICI>
Update: I think RedBus also allows you to pay with ATM pin. As far as I have looked, payubiz has disabled pin based authentication for most of its sites; I will still be searching and keeping you updated.
The OTP system is really a flawed measure, especially to customers in hilly areas and remote villages where getting a network signal is scarce than stumbling upon a unicorn! I hope SBI and other pro-ecommerce regulatory bodies takes this into account.
but most banks ( for example Syndicate bank) do also have password option along with OTP .. They gave u choice irrespective of merchant or payment gateway !
