wifi router showing red light on LOS

I have taken a local broadband connection. Router is old. It works for some time and daily after working for few time it shows Red light on LOS and no internet connectivity.
I noticed that previously when speed was slow, it was working fine any idea whats the issue?
It has 2 router one for ftth(syro tech) and other for wifi (Tenda)

I had this happen to me last week and it was because of faulty fibre cable. Replaced it and it was fine
