They wont block.. but they ll restrict u for coupon code usage.. they wont allow u to pay via paytm.. and wont allow to apply any discount code..

Yes , if not today it will block within few days. They share same data path, you can experience if 1 is logge din other one will share data. I would suggest you to find alternative 3rd part like tapzo app prevent blocking
