Yu Yureka plus (ploblem) pls help

I have bought Yu Yureka plus from Fipkart during BBD
Got it delivered today
As soon as i was switching it on for first time I entered all details and entered the Google account
But after that the homescreen waa not appearing playstore opened and “Airwatch Agent” app appeared
and clicking back or home button also didnt work out
Lastly had downloaded that app and as soon i downloaded it and it was installed I clicked back button and homescreen appeared.
Did this took place by anyone else?
Pls help what should I do
