Oxigen Wallet Cashless Friday Contest

Terms & Conditions:

This contest is valid from 9th December, 2016 to 27th January 2017 (“Contest Period”).
The contest will run on 8 consecutive Fridays (4 times a day) starting from 9th December 2016 to 27th January 2017, on Radio City 91.1 across 6 Cities – New Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Ahmedabad, Jaipur, Lucknow and on Friends FM in Kolkata.
In this contest, every Friday during the Contest Period in each of the above 7 cites, 4 Participants (1 participant in each show), who answer all the questions of the RJ correctly would be selected as winners.
On each Friday during the Contest Period, a maximum of 28 winners would be selected and shall be announced on the same day.
Each winner would receive Rs. 1,000 in his/her Oxigen Wallet registered on the same mobile number as provided to the RJ. This amount will be transferred to the winner’s Oxigen Wallet within 10 days of announcement of the winner.
To receive the abovementioned amount each winner needs to have an active Oxigen Wallet account, in case the winner is not registered on Oxigen Wallet, then he/she needs to register on the same day of winner announcement.
In case if winner fails to register himself/herself on Oxigen Wallet, then Oxigen reserves the right to disqualify the winner and select another winner.
A person can participate only once during the Contest Period.
In case if winner does not receive the winning amount within 10 days of declaration of the result, he/she should write to [email protected].
The winning amount of Rs 1000 shall be non-transferable and cannot be exchanged with any other offer of Oxigen.
In addition to the above, Oxigen Wallet terms shall be applicable.
Winners shall take sole responsibility for privacy and confidentiality of their Oxigen Wallet account and password.
Winner grants rights to Oxigen to publish names of all the winners of the contest on Oxigen’s facebook and Twitter handle including any testimonials from the winner.
Oxigen reserves the right to add, modify, or discontinue the terms and conditions of this contest at any time without prior notice, at its sole discretion.
In no event the aggregate liability of Oxigen shall exceed the amount, the winner is entitled for, under this contest.
Unlawful modification or abuse of the contest is prohibited.
Oxigen disclaims all third party liabilities that may arise from or in connection with this contest.
This contest is subject to force majeure terms.
Any dispute relating to this contest will be settled under the sole and exclusive jurisdiction of Delhi courts only.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by laws of India.
Any person participating in this contest shall be deemed to have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
