Has anyone got any update on connection. 15th June also crossed and still there is no information. If I try to reach them on customer care number its always come busy and no response from [email protected] .

How to get refund?
You have to send mail to [email protected] but to be frank nothing will happen there too becasue no one replies back.
I am too struggling for my refunds. I am still wondering that till date no one has dragged RBTV to consumer forum for this fraud.
They are making fool. Still no call no installation. If you contact them they will give a new time frame.
Now they are telling to wait till 31 July.
Anyone please confirm if getting installation done or received refunds. They even are not replying on refunds queries and customer care speaks very rudely.

Mere ko bola ki 31 July tak lag jaenga but still no update. Even they are not replying on refunds. Better to file complaint in consumer court. No one will get anything under this offer.
They will surely say that we have extended date and it will be installed by aur 31…kuch nhi milega

Did anyone tried asking for refund? None of their phone numbers are reachable and also no response to emails. This should be reported to news channels.

Laga kisi ka? Last time I been told that your hardware has reached to your city and technician has been assigned for installation and within 7 days it will be done but now again its more than 10 days and on enquiring a new date of 20 Sep is given.
I am wondering why Dimers are not taking any action on this fraud run so openly by them.
What can dimers do in this, this isnt a government recognised body name

Aur kisi ka laga? Everytime when I call them they tell that hardware has reached in your city and soon installation will be done. The story is same from past 2 months now.
They are also not refunding money and telling that we have sent the hardware and now its upto distributor when installation be done. They are even not disclosing who the distributor and whats the contact number. Seems to be pure cheating case.
Ma be they are doing few installations just to show that offer is genuine and in majority just sitting and using customer money.
Mine still not done and they are also not refunding the money. Want to know if others who have booked the connection has got the installation done?
In my case I know the distributor but bigtv has no relation with him… He is selling new connection in 3000.
No response from company regarding Refund also helpline is also not working.
I guess we should file a case in consumer forum.
Mine was booked in March but no information, calls not connecting. Company must be sitting on crores of rupees without any liability
