Terms & Conditions:

A) Xchange process:

• Exchange of old merchandise to be handled by the exchange counter

• All the issuance & redemption will now happen through codes & digital process only

• However, store team to maintain a Xchange tracker at the counter with all details in the physical form for easy tallying & audit process

• Each category mentioned above has codes for exchange (mentioned below in process flow)
  Above Exchange applicability has the participant categories , exchange value & applicability of the codes on these for redemption

• Xchange SMS will be triggered to both to BF staff as well as the customer with the codes (mentioned below in process flow)

• Old clothes needs to be submitted at the Xchange Kiosk. No bulk merchandise to be Xchanged is allowed. Only for Retail customers

• Single Exchange code will be issued against single old merchandise
  Redemption of Exchange codes shall be redeemed in full, partial redemption is not allowed under the said period

• Participation in the Exchange promo is purely voluntary and not binding to the customers
  Exceptions list – the offer is not valid on Leggings, Shorts, Tracks, Nightwear, Lingerie, Mens Accessories, Jewellery, Sunglasses, Beauty and Home care, Ladies Footwear (Except for sports footwear).

• In case of any disputes, the decision of Brand Factory will be final and binding. Litigation, if any, is subject to jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai

• By participating in the Exchange promo, customer agrees to remain bound by the terms and conditions of the promo as modified from time to time by Brand Factory in its sole discretion
  Exchange promo is brought to the customer solely on the basis of the concentrated efforts of Brand Factory and in the event of non-happening of the promo for reasons beyond anybody’s control or due to the act of God, Force Majeure conditions: Brand Factory shall not be liable, responsible to any claims for this promo

• No old merchandise can be reclaimed once code is issued

• Xchange is not valid on Red Zone Merchandise

• Markets & Campaign period flow defers market-wise (mentioned below in markets list)
