Details of the Offer:
Citibank, N.A. (“Citibank/Citi”) and Flipkart Internet Pvt. Ltd. are launching Offer (hereinafter referred to
as “Offer”) for the above mentioned Offer Period. Details of the Offer extended to all individuals holding
valid Citibank Credit and Debit cards (hereinafter referred as “Card”) issued in India, except Citi
Corporate Credit cards (hereinafter referred to “Customers”) are detailed herein below.

Offer 1: May 29-31, 2017
 10% Cashback on minimum transaction of Rs 5000
 The Offer is valid from 29th May (00.00 hours) – 31st May (23:59 Hours), 2017 on the Flipkart
Platform – website, Mobile Site or Mobile App
 The Offer is applicable on all products, except the specific products as detailed out in the below
terms and conditions.

Offer 2: June 01-02, 2017
 10% Cashback on minimum transaction of Rs 5000
 The Offer is valid from 01st June (00.00 hours) – 02nd June (23:59 Hours), 2017 on the Flipkart
Platform – website, Mobile Site or Mobile App
 The Offer is applicable only on Large Appliances which includes TVs and Appliances.
A Citi cardholder can avail both the offers (Offer-1 and Offer-2) and avail a maximum cashback of Rs.
2000, subject to fulfilling the eligibility criterion as stated above.
Cashback amount for the above Offers shall be credited to the customer’s card account within 90
days from the transaction date. The timeline provided for effecting credit is only indicative of the
expected period and may vary from actual date of credit.

Other Terms and Conditions
 No promo code is needed to avail the Offer.
 Customers will have to make the payment with their Citi Credit and Debit Cards issued in India
only to avail this Offer.
 This Offer is valid on all Citi Credit and Debit Cards except Citi Corporate Credit Cards
 Add on cards will be treated as separate cards.
 The Offer 1 is NOT applicable on Redmi Note 4, Redmi 3S and Redmi 3S Prime smartphones;
Samsung Tablets and on any Samsung smartphones, except Samsung Galaxy A3, Samsung Galaxy
On Nxt, Samsung Galaxy On5, Samsung Galaxy On7, Samsung Galaxy J5 – 6 (2016 Edition) and
Samsung Galaxy On8.
 The Offer is not applicable for Card on delivery transactions.
 The Offer is not applicable on Gift Wrap or premium delivery charges.
 The Offer is applicable only on eligible purchases on Flipkart.com, m.flipkart.com & mAPP (Mobile
Application).
 Customer should follow the standard Flipkart guidelines and terms and condition for using the
Flipkart website and mobile app under this Offer.
 This Offer is not applicable on purchase of gift cards, silver coins/bars and gold coins from Flipkart
website, mobile site and mobile app.
 In case a customer makes partial payment through Filpkart Gift Card/Wallet, cashback will be
calculated on the amount paid through Citi Credit or Debit Card, only if the amount paid is equal
to or greater than the minimum transaction amount of Rs. 5000
 The cashback amount for a transaction cannot be combined with or transferred or assigned to
any other transaction.
 Cashback amount of the above Offers shall be credited in the customer’s card account within 90
days from the transaction date. The timeline provided for effecting credit is only indicative of
expected period and may vary from actual date of credit.
 The Offer is also applicable on EMI transactions on Credit card.
 Citi merchant EMI Terms & Conditions will be applicable on EMI transactions as mentioned at:

 In the event orders are fully cancelled (during & outside the Offer Period), the corresponding
cashback applicable on that order/transaction will not be granted.
 In the event orders are partially cancelled (during & outside the Offer Period) and if the total
transaction amount falls below the minimum transaction amount i.e. INR 5000 for both offers,
cashback will not be granted.
 Citi is not making any commitment to make any offer beyond the Offer Period
