Niki is 100% reliable. Customer service is quite prompt and efficient.
But do note the last point. It is common to the TnC of each offer. If I understand it right, it is a negative thing. I think it means a new customer can avail of only one offer, and once one is availed of, no other offer is available. It’s a new addition in the TnC, earlier it was not there and each offer was available once, i.e. a customer could use all the offers once each.
