Hi friends, issue got resolved, actually the problem with ‘Valid from’ not DOB.

On physical card it is printed from Nov 15, but in app it is showing May 15.

The worked one is mobile app details.

@esakki raja Good. Hear my case. When I tried VBV registration, it said my DOB didn’t match with their records. But when I checked on App, it’s right. Pockets CCEs said that it’s not the right DOB as per their records and were not ready to divulge what they had there for security reasons. I took a screenshot of the app info page and mailed them detailing my issue. It’s been 6 months now but there is no reply. I got very disappointed with their attitude and stopped logging into the app.

I had even bought a TV worth 40K from them. But they harassed me a lot for 500 bucks. After that, I rarely buy some stuff even worth a few hundreds. Then eBay. Why pockets? currently pockets is on my #1 best vcc ( have pockets savings account too maybe thats why i haven’t faced any issues yet)

Customers will be eligible for 2 cashback transactions in the defined time period. 2 cashbacks/customer till 31st Jan and 2 cashbacks/customer from 1st Feb to 29th Feb, 2016 both days inclusive.
