1. This Offer has been extended by Kotak Mahindra Bank (“Bank”) to those of its 811 account holders (“Customers”) who have received communication regarding the same from the Bank via Email and / or SMS.
2. This offer is valid only for customers who register for AutoPay during the offer period as communicated in the mailer/communication.
3. Bill payment mode and AutoPay registration/setting of AutoPay to be considered as following  Through Kotak Net banking login  Through Kotak Mobile banking app
4. Incase the customer has set AutoPay on already existing registered billers, then the same shall not be considered.
5. Any 811 customer, who does a bill payment via first time AutoPay set on his 811 account, will be eligible for the electronic Gift Voucher.
6. The eligible 811 customer will receive the voucher only on the first successful bill payment.
7. One CRN will be applicable for Rs 50 of total vouchers only once
8. This Gift Card is issued by Qwikcilver Solutions (“Qwikcilver”). Qwikcilver is a private limited company incorporated under the laws of India, and is the issuer of Gift Cards.
9. The last date to redeem the Voucher is mentioned in the mailer 10. This Gift Card is redeemable for e-gift cards for the brands on https://kotak.wooh...n/ ONLY
11. The Gift Card balance will not be redeemed for cash.
12. Gift Card cannot be used to purchase other Woohoo Gift Card or Woohoo e-gift Card.
13. The Gift Card cannot be reloaded. 14. The Gift card/Voucher is valid for 45 days from the date you receive the voucher code communication from Bank.
15. Incase customer is eligible for the gift card, he shall receive the same within 90 days from offer end date. 16. Protect the card numbers and PIN numbers to avoid misuse. Bank or Qwikcilver Solutions will not be responsible in case the card is lost, stolen or used without permission. In case the card number gets stolen, it cannot be replaced, nor cash refunded.
17. The Gift Card cannot be revalidated after the expiry. No returns and no refunds on E-gift cards.
18. The decision of the Bank and Qwikcilver (as may be applicable) in all matters in connection with and incidental to this redemption process shall be final and binding on all persons
19. The Bank shall not be responsible or liable in any manner whatsoever for any deficiency or inadequacy in the services rendered by Qwikcilver or any of the merchants and the Customer hereby agrees not to hold the Bank responsible or liable for, any actions, claims, demands, losses, damages, costs, charges and expenses that he/she may suffer on account of this Offer.
20. Participation in this offer is voluntary. Any person availing this offer shall be deemed to have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions.
21. The Bank holds out no warranty and makes no representation with respect to the service and delivery of the goods and services offered by the brand selected for the voucher. In case of any disputes or complaints regarding the same the Customer is required to resolve the same directly with the brand selected for the voucher without any reference to the Bank whatsoever.
22. Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/damage/claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any goods and services availed by the Customer under the Offer.
23. The Bank and Qwikcilver reserve the right, at any time, without previous notice to add, alter, modify, change or vary all or any of these terms and conditions, or to replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether without assigning any reason whatsoever.
24. Customers are advised to read and understand the terms and conditions of Qwikcilver with regards to the redemption of the offer and the terms and conditions of the brand selected for the voucher, before availing the benefits of the offer. The Bank merely facilitates its Customers to avail the benefits of the offer and is in no way concerned or connected with the terms and conditions of Qwikcilver.
25. All disputes arising out of or in connection with this Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, irrespective of whether any other courts/tribunals have concurrent or similar jurisdiction.
