All front loads are with heating element. Only a select few top loads have it because front loads use half the water so the heating element. Top loads will screw up the power bill so not common in them. Most higher end topload models have hot water inlet.

I contacted the customer support and they said that I will be eligible for the hdfc cashback

I think that the TnC menas that u cannot combine this 15%/10% cashback offer with any OTHER OFFER FROM THE BANK ITSELF
