Yes its refurbished and bad laptop,cancel fast.

How do the cc know its refurbished. They just read whats written in the item discrip. And info.
They think its refurbished because of price diff.

cc said this product is new and listed under category of new product

So many people talking to CC over same deal, either it’ll get cancelled or it’ll be a refurbished one.. btw why it is coming to stock only after 10 min..

Edit: suggestion from a Dell sufferer, don’t buy Dell laptops especially refurbished ones, you’ll repent..

By the way if you all are cancelling then why it is not coming in stock 😜

It’s refurbished read faq 6 month mfg service and remains 6 month Amazon service . I just want to create awareness not panic

after 1 and half hour of trying, ordered just on COD .
Got estimated delivery date of saturday so if other dimers confirms it as refurbished then,there will be some time to cancel it as i didn’t pay anything.
Lets hope for the best..

Don’t think CC can know if it’s refurbished or not, unless it’s written on the item page. They know what we know.

And it’s possible it can be from the reviews, but still it’s a steal at 12k.

Prime day i purchase laptop. but when i check warranty online in dell site show warranty start from jan 2017 instead of my purchase day 11 jul 2017. feel like cheated.

Its just 12k for a laptop . I sold my 4 year old pc for 11k

I think few of them got lucky to place the order rest all of them simply posting “ordered one/two” to make us feel jealous

I also tried but COD option was not highlighted and through CC “Continue” button was not highlighted later on we see these message on screen.“We’re sorry. Don’t know whether it is refurbished or not but according to Amazon CC it is surely not a refurbished product.
