From 45 days i am waiting for that agent for kyc completion… Slot booked on 13th January till date no one reached my address, mailed amazon also, they just rescheduled my appointment.. 💥
I had to book 4 appointments and then only on 4th one did the agent come.
We should not go with this method for KYC it seems

I have ordered for KYC document pickup twice but no one ever shows up and on top of that theres no way to even inform them that no one arrived
So after 1 mnth of submitting docs online my kyc is done successfully but got a mail thet for full kyc please submit your docs to enhance the limit to 1lakh ..
