1. What is the Pantry’s 15% cashback offer for Prime customers and how do I avail it?

a) For Prime customers: Shop for min. ₹ 2,000 from Amazon Pantry using Amazon Pay ICICI Bank co-branded credit card between 14th Feb, 2020 and 29th Feb, 2020 (offer qualifying period), you get 10% cashback (up to max. cashback of Rs 200) + 5% Cashback (as part of your Monthly Rewards on Amazon Pay ICICI Bank co-branded credit card)
b) For Non-Prime customers: Shop for min. ₹ 2,000 from Amazon Pantry using Amazon Pay ICICI Bank co-branded credit card between 14th Feb, 2020 and 29th Feb, 2020 (offer qualifying period), you get 10% cashback (up to max. cashback of Rs 200) + 3% Cashback (as part of your Monthly Rewards on Amazon Pay ICICI Bank co-branded credit card)
c) Offer on payment with Amazon Pay ICICI co-branded credit card
d) 10% Cashback (upto 200) will be credited within 3 working days from the date of shipment.
e) 5%(for Prime) and 3%(for Non-Prime) cashback will be credited into Amazon Pay Balance as part of your Monthly Rewards issued on the date of your Monthly Bill Generation on Amazon Pay ICICI Bank Credit-Card. Please Note that Unlimited 5% Cashback for Prime and 3% Cashback for Non-Prime is Not Applicable on EMI Orders.
f) Offer applicable on all Amazon Pantry products except infant nutrition products
g) Any cancelled order/item(s) from an order will not be eligible for the offer and the refund amount of such order/item will be adjusted with the cashback amount (if credited)

2. How and when will the cashback get credited?

a) 10% Cashback (upto 200) will be credited directly to the eligible customers’ Amazon Pay balance account within 3 working days from the date of shipment.
b) 5%(for Prime) and 3%(for Non-Prime) cashback will be credited into Amazon Pay Balance as part of your Monthly Rewards issued on the date of your Monthly Bill Generation on Amazon Pay ICICI Bank Credit-Card

3. If a customer has used A Pay ICICI credit card along with any other pre-paid methods, will she still be eligible?

Yes, however, the transaction value using the Amazon Pay ICICI co-branded credit card has to be of minimum ₹ 2,000

4. Is a Promo code required to avail the offer?

No

5. Will this offer be over and above other offers?

This Offer can be combined with other offers available on www.ama...in website or the Amazon mobile application (subject to meeting offer conditions).

6. What happens if I will return/cancel the order?

If you cancel the complete order, you will not be eligible for the offer. However, if you place another eligible order within offer duration, you will receive the cashback
In case of partial cancellation, the refund amount will be adjusted on a pro-rata basis. Example: if a customer buys Pantry products worth ₹ 2,000 under the offer, she would be eligible for Rs. 200 cashback; however due to some reasons she decides to return Rs. 1000 worth of products, then she will be refunded Rs. 900 (50% of item value returned, would lead to 50% cashback value being adjusted)

7. What happens in case of payment failure?

If you revise payment within the offer period, you will still be eligible for the offer.

Amazon Pantry Offer Terms and Conditions

1. This Amazon Pantry offer (“Offer”) is brought to you by the participating sellers/brands and made available by Amazon Seller Services Private Limited (“Amazon”).
2. The Offer is valid and can be availed only if you: (i) are located in India; (ii) have set India as your current country in your account settings on the website; and (iii) have a billing address in India
3. You agree that, by participating in or availing this Offer, you will be bound by these terms and conditions (“Offer Terms”).
4. All Amazon customers who purchase product(s) on Amazon Pantry worth ₹ 2,000 or more using the Amazon Pay ICICI Bank co-branded credit card, will be eligible to receive a 10% cashback as Amazon Pay balance. Through this Offer, any customer can receive a maximum cashback of INR 200 (“Benefit”).
5. This Offer is valid from 00:00:00 hours on February 14th, 2020 to 23:59:59 hours on February 29th, 2020.

7. The Offer will not be available on purchase of any other product listed on the amazon.in website or the Amazon mobile application other than the products listed on Amazon Pantry (except any infant nutrition product (s))
8. The cashback will be credited in the form of Amazon Pay balance within 3 days from the date of shipping of the products.
9. The Offer is valid only in cities with Amazon Pantry service. Please check if the Amazon Pantry service is available in your city before placing the order.
10. The Offer is applicable for a select set of customers who are able to view the Offer banners.
11. Amazon has the right to discontinue the Offer before the Offer end date without giving prior notice.
12. This Offer is being made purely on a “best effort” basis and availing the Offer is voluntary.
13. In the event of cancellation of your order for the product(s) (either by you, Amazon or seller) or the purchased product(a) are returned or exchanged by you, you will not be eligible to avail the Benefits under this Offer.
14. There are no cash or other alternatives available in whole or in part, in relation to the Benefits under this Offer. No requests for transfer or assignment of the Benefits under the Offer shall be entertained.
