What is the Pantry’s 30% cashback offer and how do I avail it? a) Collect the offer by clicking the coupon before placing your order b) Place your first order on Amazon Pantry worth Rs 1000 using any prepaid method between 1st March, 2020 and 31st Mar, 2020 (offer qualifying period) and get 30% cashback (max. cashback of Rs 300) as Amazon Pay balance cashback c) Offer is valid for all customers who have been an A.in customer but have not placed any order on Amazon Pantry on or before 15th Feb, 2020 d) 30% Cashback (max Rs 300) will be credited within 3 working days from the date of shipment. e) Offer applicable on all Amazon Pantry products except infant nutrition products f) Any cancelled order/item(s) from an order will not be eligible for the offer and the refund amount of such order/item will be adjusted with the cashback amount (if credited)

How and when will the cashback get credited? 30% Cashback (max Rs 300) will be credited directly to the eligible customers’ Amazon Pay balance account within 3 working days from the date of shipment.

Is a Promo code required to avail the offer? No promo code is required but you need to collect the offer before placing your order to get the cashback.

Will this offer be over and above other offers? This Offer can be combined with other offers available on www.ama...in website or the Amazon mobile application (subject to meeting offer conditions).

What happens if I will return/cancel the order? If you cancel the complete order, you will not be eligible for the offer. However, if you place another eligible order within offer duration, you will receive the cashback In case of partial cancellation, the refund amount will be adjusted on a pro-rata basis. Example: if a customer buys Pantry products worth Rs. 1000 under the offer, she would be eligible for Rs 300 cashback; however due to some reasons she decides to return Rs. 500 worth of products, then she will be refunded Rs 350 (50% of item value returned, would lead to 50% cashback value being adjusted)

What happens in case of payment failure? If you revise payment within the offer period, you will still be eligible for the offer.
