This limited period promotional Youth Offer on Prime (“Offer”), is provided to you by Amazon Seller Services Private Limited (“Amazon”).
These Offer terms and conditions (“Offer Terms”) are in addition to the Amazon Prime Terms and Conditions and the applicable Privacy Notice, to which you agree by availing Amazon Prime membership. In the event of any conflict between such terms and these Offer Terms, these Offer Terms will prevail, for the purposes of this Offer only.
This Offer starts from 5th July, 2019 (“Offer Period”), unless revoked or extended by Amazon in its sole discretion without any prior notice and without any liability.

If have not submitted your KYC documents to Amazon prior to the Offer Period, to verify your age for the purposes of this Offer, you must upload your KYC documents (i.e. PAN Card and one government issued identity card) and one selfie on by going to Amazon Pay → KYC on your Amazon mobile app. You will need to create an Amazon Pay account by entering your mobile number and a verification document id number, if not done already;
If you have already submitted your KYC documents to Amazon prior to the offer period, you must consent to verification of your age from your previously submitted KYC documentation. (a) If you are not a Prime member, you will need to sign up for 1-year membership and go to Prime → Youth Offer on Prime (banner) and provide consent on the “youth offer on Prime” page. (b) If you have already signed up for Prime, you can go to “Your Account” → “Manage Prime Membership” → “Get 500 cashback”. You will come to Youth Offer on Prime page, where you can give your consent.
If you have submitted your KYC documents to Amazon prior to the Offer Period, please consent to verification of your age through https://www.amazon.in/gp/prime/pipeline/youn...lt from your previously submitted KYC documentation, in order to avail this Offer.
If you purchase the Annual Amazon Prime Membership, you must complete the age verification process within 15 days of the date on which such membership is activated and you will be provided cashback in the form of the promotional Amazon Pay Gift Card within 10 days of successful age verification.
If you avail the free trial for the Amazon Prime Membership, you must complete the age verification process within 45 days (within 30 days of a free trial and within 15 days of paid membership at the end of the free trial) of the date on which such membership is activated and you will be provided cashback in the form of the promotional Amazon Pay Gift Card within 10 days of activation of your paid Annual Amazon Prime Membership, whichever.
The promotional Amazon Pay Gift Card(s), issued by QwikCilver Solutions Private Limited under this Offer can be redeemable as Amazon Pay balance associated with your Amazon.in account subject to the applicable terms and conditions.
Under this Offer, once an eligible customer has given her or his consent for age verification and becomes eligible for the cashback in the form of promotional Amazon Pay Gift Card, she or he will not be able to cancel their Amazon Prime membership.
In the event you fail to comply with any term under these Offer Terms, you will not be eligible to receive any benefit under this Offer.
Participation in this Offer is voluntary and this Offer is provided on a best efforts basis. By participating in this Offer, you expressly agree that Amazon or any of its affiliates will not be liable or responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that you may suffer, directly or indirectly, in connection with this Offer, including but not limited to that associated with use or misuse of or any matter relating to Amazon Prime Membership purchased / subscribed under this Offer.
