1. What’s the Amazon Pay offer? 

(a) Shop on the website www.ama...in or corresponding mobile site or mobile application (“Amazon.in”) for any product (other than the Excluded Products) using any payment method during promotion period (between 12:01 A.M., on August 1, 2019 to 23:59 P.M., on August 7, 2019) and get a cashback on your next Amazon Pay transactions on Amazon.in (recharges and bill payments category, send money). 

(b) Offer applicable for select customers only

© There is no minimum order value for the shopping transaction undertaken on Amazon.in. The maximum cashback that will be provided to a customer under this promotion is INR 110 and is subject to the customer transacting as mentioned in (e). 

(d) The promotion can only be availed once per customer, during the promotion period and each offer can be availed only once. 

(e) Following offers are applicable on your next transaction: 

(i) Recharge and bill payments – Flat INR50 back on min order of Rs.149.

2. How can I avail this cashback offer?

• Shop as usual on Amazon.in for the products (other than the Excluded Products) during the promotion period, as provided above.

• Pay through any payment method for this purchase transaction on Amazon.in.

• Post order confirmation, you will receive an email/SMS from Amazon within 3 days with a link to collect offers across Amazon.in for recharges and bill payments & money transfers. 

• Collect the unlocked offer using the link. 

• Go to Amazon.in using your login credentials.

• Make a purchase on Amazon.in (applicable only on recharges and bill payments category, Send Money) and make the payment using Amazon Pay payment option on or before 31st August 2019 to avail the offer and receive the cashback. 

3. Do I need any coupon code to avail the offer?

For all offers on Amazon.in, coupon code is not required to avail the offer. However, you are requested to ensure that you have collected the offer using the link sent by Amazon.

4. How and when will I receive the cashback?

The cashback will be credited as Amazon Pay balance within 3 working days of completing the payment on Amazon.in. 

5. What will happen if my order is cancelled partially or fully?

This Offer will not be applicable if you or Amazon cancels the order fully or partially and in such a case, participation in the promotion will be deemed withdrawn. However, if you place another valid order after such cancellation during the promotion period, the new order will be eligible for the cashback. If cashback is availed on any purchase, and the transaction is subsequently cancelled, the refund amount of such orders will be post adjusting the cashback amount availed on the purchase. 

6. My payment for shopping on Amazon.in failed while placing the order; will I be eligible for the cash back under this Offer?

If your payment failed while placing an order, Amazon.in gives you an option to revive your payment for such order. Terms and Conditions

1. This limited period promotional initiative, namely Amazon Pay offer (“Promotion”) is provided by Amazon Pay (India) Private Limited (“Amazon”) and is made available on transactions undertaken on the website www.ama...in or the corresponding mobile site or mobile application (collectively, “Amazon.in”), which is operated by Amazon Seller Services Private Limited (“ASSPL”). 

2. This Promotion entitles certain benefits in respect of the transactions on the website or mobile application of Amazon.in, in accordance with these Terms. 

3. These Promotion terms (“Terms”) are in addition to Amazon.in Conditions of Use & Sale and Privacy Notice to which you agree to by using Amazon.in and the terms and conditions governing the eligible payment methods under this Promotion. To the extent the Conditions of Use & Sale and Privacy Notice are inconsistent with these Terms, these Terms shall prevail with respect to the Promotion. 

4. This Promotion is valid from: 

(i) 12:01 P.M., on August 1st, 2019 to 23:59 P.M., on August 7th, 2019,; and 

These periods for which the Promotion is available to a customer, “Promotion Period” for such customer. 

5. During the Promotion Period, any customer who: 

(i) Purchases any product on Amazon.in (other than the Excluded Products); and 

(ii) Makes payment for such transaction using any payment method on Amazon.in, 

will be entitled to the offers listed below that can be redeemed on Amazon.in (“Offer”) as per these Terms as well as the terms and conditions applicable to the Offers. 

6. Upon completion of the above transaction on Amazon.in, the customer will receive a link from Amazon Pay (India) Private Limited on the e-mail address or mobile number registered with the Amazon.in account of the customer, to collect the Offers of the customer along with the relevant details and guidelines to avail the Offer. Once a customer collects the Offers, the customer can avail the below mentioned benefits on Amazon.in, subject to the minimum transaction amount specified below (if any).

7. It is hereby clarified that the maximum cashback benefit that a customer can avail under this Promotion using any or all of the Offers is INR 110 on a cumulative basis. In other words, if a customer has availed cashback benefit for a total amount of INR 110 by availing Offers Amazon.in, such customer will not be eligible for any further cashback benefits. 

8. The Offer entitles the customer to a receive the benefit listed in the above table on Amazon.in, if such customer: 

(a) receives the Offer upon completion of steps mentioned above & collects the offer through the link provided to the customer on his registered e-mail address / mobile number; 

(b) the customer completes a transaction, in accordance with these Terms, on Amazon.in (for the categories specified in the table above) during the Promotion Period; 

© the customer complies with the purchase criteria, including the conditions of such purchase and the minimum purchase amount (wherever applicable) mentioned above; and 

(d) such customer pays for such transaction (on Amazon.in) using the “Amazon Pay” payment option available on Amazon.in, whichever applicable. 

9. This Promotion is not available on purchase of Gift Card(s) (of any kind, whether or not Amazon branded, bank cards (such as RBL and ticket compliments gift card(s)), prepaid mobile recharges & bill payments, Kindle e-books, Kindle unlimited purchases, Amazon Prime memberships and Amazon Pay balance loads (“Excluded Products”). 

10. The Offers will be available only up to August 31, 2019, post which all Offers will be deactivated and the customers will not be entitled to any benefit despite having received and collected the Offer. 

11. Subject to the fulfillment of these terms and conditions, the cashback (as per these Terms) will be provided to the customer in the form of Amazon Gift Card(s), issued by QwikCilver Solutions Private Limited, redeemable as Amazon Pay balance associated with the Amazon.in account of the customer within 3 days of completing the transaction in accordance with these Terms. The use and redemption of Amazon Gift Card(s) and the use of Amazon Pay balance is subject to the applicable terms and conditions. 

12. Under no circumstances, can any benefit under this Promotion be settled in cash in lieu thereof by Amazon or ASSPL. 

13. Amazon is only responsible for providing and making available the Offer to the customers who successfully undertake the transaction on Amazon.in. 

14. The applicability or use of the Offers are subject to the terms posted on Amazon.in and Amazon assumes no responsibility in relation to the functioning of the Offers. 

15. The Offers will not be provided if the purchase transaction: (a) is cancelled (for any reason whatsoever) by the customer or the concerned seller or by ASSPL; or (b) is returned by the customer and in such a case, participation of the customer in the Promotion will be deemed withdrawn. 

16. This Promotion will not be applicable if the customer or ASSPL (with respect to orders placed on Amazon.in) cancels the order fully or partially and in such a case, participation of the customer in the Promotion will be deemed withdrawn. In such cases, if cashback has been received by the customer, amount of the cashback will be deducted from the transaction amount, at the time of refund to the customer (if any). For the avoidance of doubts, it is clarified that the mode of refund will be governed by the applicable terms hosted by ASSPL. 

17. Any query / issue in relation to the transaction undertaken to avail the Offers will be addressed by Amazon and must be submitted by the customer through the customer service in his/her Amazon account on https://www.amazon.in/gp/help/customer/display.... . Such queries / issues will be entertained by Amazon only till August 31, 2019. Post this, Amazon will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding the cashback from any person. 

18. By availing this Promotion, you agree that Amazon or any of its affiliates will not be liable or responsible for any loss or damage that you may suffer, directly or indirectly, in this connection, including use of the Offer. 

19. Amazon reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice, without liability, and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these Terms or to replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by another offer, whether similar to this Promotion or not. 

20. This Promotion is governed by the laws of India and any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Promotion will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bangalore. 

21. Amazon and/ or ASSPL reserves the right to disqualify a customer from the cashback / availability of the Offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the Offer. 

22. Nothing herein amounts to a commitment by Amazon to conduct further, similar or other offers. 

23. Availing this Promotion or an Offer is voluntary. 

24. Any person availing this Promotion will be deemed to have accepted these Terms.
