Is this Super Value Day offer available on Payment methods other SBI Debit/Credit Card? No. Only orders placed entirely through SBI Debit/Credit Card are eligible for Super Value Day offer. Other payment methods including Pay on Delivery are not eligible for the SVD offer during 1st to 3rd February
Is the Super Value Day offer applicable if I use both SBI Debit/Credit Card for payment of the same order? No. Super Value Day offer for SBI Debit or Credit Card customers is applicable ONLY IF entire order value is transacted through SBI Debit or Credit Card.

Amazon.in Super Value Day offer (“Offer”) is provided to you by State Bank of India (“Bank”) and SBI Cards and Payment Services Private Limited (“SBICPSL") and other participating brands (collectively, “Brands”) and is made available to you on the website www.ama...in and its mobile site and mobile application thereof (collectively “Website”), which is maintained and operated by Amazon Seller Services Private Limited (“Amazon”). Please read these terms and conditions (“Offer Terms”) before availing the Offer.
The validity of the SBI Debit and Credit Card Instant Discount Offer is only on the following dates: 1st to 3rd February (3 days), unless extended by the Bank at their sole discretion.
SBI Debit/Credit Card, as the payment method, for the entire transaction value from the Super Value Day Store on the Website during the Offer Period shall be entitled to receive 10% instant discount (subject to a maximum limit of INR 400/-), when the total value of the eligible items in the order is above INR 2500/-. All residents of India holding a valid and current debit and/or credit card issued by the Bank and SBICPSPL (with no payment outstanding of more than 30 days) respectively (“Card”) are eligible to avail the Offer (“Cardholder”). Corporate Credit Cards are not eligible to avail the offer. Only SBI Mastercard, VISA and Maestro Debit Cards are eligible to avail the offer. The Offer will also be available for Cardholders making a purchase using the EMI facility provided by Bank and SBICPSL.
This Offer is not eligible on any payment method other than SBI Debit/Credit Card. This offer is not eligible on Pay on Delivery orders.

In the event of cancellation of your order for the product (either by you or the seller of such product) or the purchased product is returned or exchanged by you, you will not be eligible to the Benefit available under the Offer. Please note that if you reject a product or the order at the time of delivery, this would be considered as a return.
For SBI Debit/Credit Card customers, this Offer will not be applicable if the Cardholder or seller or Amazon cancel the order and/or the Cardholder returns the Product and, in such a case, participation in the Offer will be deemed withdrawn. In such a scenario, only the net amount paid by the Cardholder will be refunded. In other words, the instant discount will not be refunded.
Each subscription under Subscribe & Save is considered as an individual order and you will be eligible for the Benefit if the value of an order, under Subscribe & Save is equal to the amount provided in Clause 3 above.
Additional terms and conditions applicable to the Offer which forms a part of the aforesaid Offer Terms
You agree that, by participating in this Offer, you will be bound by these Offer Terms and you acknowledge that you satisfy all Offer eligibility requirements as provided above.
These Offer Terms are in addition to the Amazon.in Conditions of Use & Sale which you agree by using the Website; and the GC T&Cs. To the extent the Amazon.in Conditions of Use & Sale are inconsistent with these Offer Terms; these Offer Terms will prevail with respect to this Offer only. To the extent the GC T&Cs are inconsistent with these Offer Terms; these Offer Terms shall prevail with respect to this Offer only.
The queries regarding the Offer need to be directed to Amazon and will be entertained only till expiry of the Offer Period. Any complaints regarding the Benefit need to be directed to Amazon and will be entertained only till 31st February, 2020.
Brands and/or SBI reserves the right to add, alter, modify, change or vary all of these Offer Terms or to replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether, at any time without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever.
This Offer is being made purely on a “best effort” basis and participating in or availing the Offer is voluntary. Amazon and SBI disclaims warranty of any kind (whether express or implied) with respect to the products purchased by you on the Website from third party sellers, including (without limitation) warranty with respect to quality, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose or for delivery or after sales services. You hereby release Amazon and SBI and their respective directors, employees, affiliates, agents and contactors from liability of any kind relating to the aforesaid.
There are no cash or other alternatives available, in whole or in part, in relation to the Benefits under this Offer. No requests for transfer or assignment of the Benefits under the Offer shall be entertained. You agree that all decisions of Brands or SBI, as the case may be, related to the Offer are final and binding on you. Failure by any Brand or SBI to enforce any of these Offer Terms, in any instance, shall not be deemed to be a waiver of the Offer Terms and shall not give rise to any claim by any person.
