WILDCRAFT BRAND DAY CONTEST
TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Wildcraft Brand Day contest (“Contest”) is made available to you by Wildcraft India Private Limited (“Brand”) through Amazon Seller Services Private Limited (“ASSPL”/ “Amazon”). Please read these terms and conditions (“T&Cs”) before entering the Contest.
You agree that, by participating in this Contest, you will be bound by these T&Cs and any other terms and conditions that may be imposed by the Brand in relation to the Prize. You acknowledge that you satisfy all Contest eligibility requirements as provided herein below.

These T&Cs are in addition to the Amazon.in Conditions of Use to which you agree by using the Amazon.in website or mobile application or mobile site thereof (collectively hereinafter referred to as “Amazon.in”). To the extent the Amazon.in Conditions of Use are inconsistent with these T&Cs, these T&Cs will prevail with respect to the Contest only.

For the purposes of these T&Cs, wherever the context so requires “You” or “Your” shall mean any natural person who is a participant in the Contest.

ELIGIBILITY:

You need to fulfill the following eligibility criteria to enter the Contest:

(a) You should be an individual legal resident of the Republic of India;
(b) You should have set India as your current country in your account settings on Amazon.in;
© You have a billing address within the territory of India; and
(d) You should be of an age 18 years or above at the time of entry into the Contest.

Residents of the state of Tamil Nadu are not eligible to enter the Contest since such contests are prohibited in the state of Tamil Nadu under the Tamil Nadu Prize Schemes (Prohibition) Act, 1979.

Our employees, their immediate family members (spouses, domestic partners, parents, grandparents, siblings, children and grandchildren), and our affiliates, advisors, advertising/Contest agencies are not eligible to enter the Contest.

DETAILS OF THE CONTEST AND HOW TO ENTER:

This Contest will commence from June 03, 2016 at 12:00:01 a.m. (IST) and end on June 05, 2016 at 11:59:59 p.m. (IST) (“Contest Period”).
In order to be eligible for participating in the Contest, you must purchase any product of the Brand worth INR 2500 or above listed on the Amazon.in, during the Contest Period, provided that your order for such product should not have been cancelled by either you or the seller or the purchased product should not be returned or refunded by you.
The offer is valid only on products purchased from the following sellers – Cloudtail, ABC Shoe World, XL Retail, VRPL and Wildcraft India Pvt Ltd.
At the end of the 30 day return window (till 4th July) on Amazon, participants who make a purchase in accordance with these T&Cs will be eligible for a free Wildcraft Backpack worth Rs 745, provided by the brand. Any participant who returns the merchandise within the 30 day return window will be automatically disqualified from the contest.
Every selected participant who meets the criteria mentioned in point 4 will be notified on email and will have to send his/her name, age and address to – [email protected] within the time period mentioned in the email.
Each participant will be eligible to receive only one Prize under this Contest.
